Print check: a bank card must exactly fill this box. If it doesn't, re-print at 100% / Actual size.
1. Lay this sheet on a table. Stand your offcut on the gold floor line, back of the board against the gold wall line.
2. Trace tightly around the profile face with a sharp pencil or biro — one clean line, top of the board to the floor line.
3. Remove the board. Photograph the WHOLE sheet from straight above — all four black squares in frame — and upload it in the scanner: "I've traced it on the sheet".
